Every child attending school must undergo a Rapid Antigen Test and sign a Parent Declaration From to confirm a test. Please note that this is to be done a maximum of 48 hours before the first time that a student attends school and We need the physical paper form. No child will be permitted to classes without a completed and signed form. We thank you for your cooperation.
